Adam Parker - Founder / Owner



After graduating from Western Carolina University with a degree in business management, Adam focused his concentration in the field of medicine. Adam began selling anesthesia machines and surgical instruments to hospitals across the northern region of Florida. This experience broadened his understanding of healthcare operations and exposed him to the vital role technology plays in saving lives.

While strengthening his knowledge in the healthcare industry, Adam simultaneously earned his real estate license and is currently an active North Carolina real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. This client-focused service facilitated Adam's natural gifts as an entrepreneur and inspiration to create an even more meaningful service, Blue Ram Home Care.

While laying the foundation for Blue Ram, Adam became a certified nurse aide and began caring for members of his community. Adam's service deepened his commitment even further to helping others with compassion and love, fueling his desire to create the greatest home care agency imaginable. Adam is delighted to bring together the brightest minds and warmest hearts to provide the best home care for the people we love so dearly.
Rebecca Jenkins Blue Ram Home Care North Carolina

Rebecca Jenkins - RN - Director / Service Supervisor

A graduate of the Watts School of Nursing in 2009, Rebecca began her career in orthopedics and neurosurgery at Duke University. Collaborating closely with case managers and providers, Rebecca played a critical role in developing the most effective discharge plans for post-surgical patients - ensuring their safe and optimal recovery.

After gaining valuable experience, Rebecca relocated to San Francisco to continue her work in orthopedic and neurosurgery at the University of California, San Francisco. Upon returning to Duke University in 2016, she sought a new challenge and joined the operating room; specializing in assisting orthopedic surgical teams to this day.

Rebecca contributes valuable medical expertise to Blue Ram Home Care, with a primary focus on formulating client care plans and care team education/competencies.
Harpuneet (Harp) Farmah Blue Ram Home Care

Harpuneet (Harp) Farmah - Certified Nurse Aide

Harp is one of Blue Ram's talented certified nursing assistants. She provides compassionate care and support for each client by assisting with daily living activities, collecting vitals, monitoring acute mental & physical changes and ensuring a comfortable & safe environment. Harp values building connections with her clients and discovering more about their life experiences.

Shearice Howard-Mickle

Shearice Howard-Mickle - Certified Nurse Aide

Shearice earned her CNA certification through the American Red Cross and later became a certified Medical Assistant at Great Lakes Medical Institute. Continuously strengthening her professional skills, Shearice furthered her training at the Sembra School of CNA and Medicine Aide.

With over 15 years of experience caring for patients, Shearice has touched countless lives. Her excellence has not gone unnoticed—receiving multiple awards and accolades from various institutions. Although, Shearice will not hesitate to declare that the most meaningful reward comes from the faces of those she has served.

Today, she continues to provide for her community as a full-time medicine aide, blending her knowledge of medicine administration with the nurturing spirit of a CNA. Her work is more than a job—it’s a calling.

LaShunnda Peaches Brinkley

LaShunnda (Peaches) Brinkley - Certified Nurse Aide

A loving mother of five and local to Raleigh, Peaches is a seasoned healthcare professional with nearly 30 years of experience. Proficiency as a certified nurse aide, patient care assistant, medication aide and personal sitter is a major asset for the Blue Ram Team. The majority of her care experience has been 1-on-1 with clients in their homes. Providing phenomenal care is Peaches' passion, and continually ensuring each of her clients receives the upmost quality of care possible. Peaches' mission is to preserve and improve the quality of life of each and every individual she assists.

Latrice Shine North Carolina

Latrice Shine - BSHM - Certified Nurse Aide

Latrice received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University, and is certified as a psychiatric technician and nursing assistant.

With over 18 years of experience in the mental health field, Latrice has had the privilege of working with both active-duty military personnel and the civilian population. Her professional background includes: supporting individuals in high-stress environments, delivering compassionate care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote mental and physical wellness.

Extensive experience in behavioral health has strengthened Latrice's commitment as a healthcare professional, and has inspired her to pursue a degree in nursing. Latrice is passionate about expanding her clinical skills and continuing to serve our community through empathy, excellence, and dedication to high-quality care.

Daniela Torres - Medical Assistant

From an early age, Daniela exhibited a profound passion for helping others and making a possitive difference in people’s lives. Commitment as a healthcare professional is where Daneila feels most fulfilled and gives her the opportunity to foster comfort, kindness, and hope to those who are in need. Inspiration from her mother, a former nurse assistant, taught Daneila the art of compassion and dedication; and she is proud to continue the family legacy.

Daniela volunteers, works as a medical assistant at an urgent care clinic and is pursuing her college degree. Daniela is more than a loving care provider - she is also a thoughtful friend that her patients and their families can trust and rely upon. Her primary goal is to make every person she cares for feel valued, supported, and truly seen.

Rosa is a compassionate and dedicated health professional who has always believed in the power of connection and community - values that shape her personal life and fuel her professional path.

Rosa's career began in a nursing facility working closely with elderly residents. This experience deepened her appreciation for providing incredible care, developing patience and strengthening genuine human interaction. Rosa has continued to develop and expand her skills while providing support, comfort and attentive care services for rehabilitation patients.

Known for being personable, caring and always willing to lend a helping hand; Rosa strives to create an impactful and positive experience for every individual she serves.
